WERKOS is a specialized engineering company whose scope of business is based on designing and contracting of special works in civil engineering and ecological projects. It also takes part  in market and profession development to a great extent by implementation of new solutions, technologies and know-how, thereby ensuring the right choice of systems, solutions and technologies to its partners, as well as the optimalization of already existing solutions.

We are present in the Southeastern part of Europe with operations running in six countries (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania and Romania).

We have several flood protection solutions tested during major floods in 2002, 2005 and 2006 in Croatia. We are a licensed contractor for hydrotechnical and flood protection works of “Hrvatske vode d.o.o. (Croatian state-body for water management) which successfully implemented our flood protection solutions during previous years.
